We have found that a large number of the new televisions don't actually go into standby until 5-10 minutes after you have switched them off using the remote, which can make the powerboard think that it is still switched on. Without going into too much detail, the screen itself turns off, however the control circuits of the TV remain active for a bit longer, and are continuing to draw power. The trouble-shooting part of the instructions even says that if the slaves won't turn off, try a different device in the master until you find a compatible product. I just think it's the shitty detection circuit they're using. My PC draws near 0W at idle (max 3), and the switches still won't turn off. The PS3 works for some reason though. There's this black power board that we got from the eco-package by the government (you can buy this board at Good Guys) that's leaps and bounds better than the Jackson in that.. you know, it works.
